  4. The editorial board determines the correspondence of the article with the profile of the journal, the requirements for registration and sends it for review to a specialist, doctor or candidate of science who has the scientific specialization closest to the topic of the article. The reviewer may not be the author or co-author of the reviewed manuscript.
  5. All incoming materials of the articles are examined and reviewed by experts in the relevant field of expertise for expert assessment, confirmation of accuracy, reliability, objectivity and novelty. All reviewers are recognized experts in their fields and have publications on the subject of peer-reviewed materials over the past 3 years. Reviews are stored in the publishing house and in the editorial board for 5 years.
  6. Authors may recommend specialists for reviewing materials. In this case, the editorial board reserves the right to accept or not accept these recommendations. Correspondence of the editorial board with the authors’ team is usually conducted with the first author in the list, unless the authors indicate the other person.
  7. The timing of the review in each case is determined on the basesof creationthe conditions for the most rapid publication of the article.
  8. The reviewer is provided with the requirements for registrationof the articles and a review form in which he must fill in information about the authors of the article and its title, as well as make notes on the following points:

Based on these ratings, the article is rated compared to similar articles published in scientific journals with the highest rating. The rating has the following gradations: not at the proper level / lowest level / below the average level / average level / above the average level / high level. In addition to the rating, the reviewer specifies recommendations for accepting or need for revision the article.

  1. If the review contains recommendations for correcting and revision the article, the executive editor sends the author the text of the review with a proposal to take into account the recommendations in preparation of a new version of the article or argumentatively refute them. The article, revised by the author, is resubmitted for review.
  2. The presence of a positive review is not a sufficient reason to publish an article. The final decision on the appropriateness of the publication is made by the Editorial Board.
