Annotation: The purpose of the paper is to identify ways of solution of the financial and investment development problems of the construction industry in the Donetsk People's Republic under current conditions of the environmental uncertainty. The paper analyzes the existing experience regarding the solution of similar problems in other unrecognized states. The ways of solving financial and investment development problems of construction in the DPR are substantiated based on the application of investment marketing principles for unrecognized territories.
