Effective architectural and planning solutions for social housing, considering alternative energy sources for the cities of Donbass
Annotation: The relevance of the article lies in considering the most effective architectural and planning solutions for multi-apartment residential buildings of a social type, erected in the cities of Donbass, considering the possibility of preserving thermal energy and its rational use. Under these prevailing climatic conditions, comfort in living conditions and integration with the environment is possible when using certain structures, volumetric-spatial solutions, architectural and planning solutions, etc. In this article, it is advisable to consider the basic principles of energy efficient houses that can retain the maximum possible heat and light from the sun. The problematic of the formation of new types of energy efficient residential buildings may include economic and social features that significantly affect the level of energy consumption. The features of the use of autonomous power systems are also considered, their influence on the architectural and planning solutions of multi-apartment residential buildings of a social type.
