The influence of ecological regional resources on rehabilitation centers’ for children formation

Annotation: This article analyzes the urban-ecological resources of the region and its influence on formation of rehabilitation centers for children. The problem of creating a favorable landscape- recreational accessible environment in the structure of urban space is measuring up in this scientific practical research. The different requirements for the formation of a comfortable recreational environment for disabled people have been studied in all main aspects. It must involve the creation of a continuous communication infrastructure and a barrier-free environment. The ecological assessment of the recreational potential of the Donetsk region is revealed here. Foreign and domestic engineering experience was taken as the basis for the scrutiny of urban planning conditions in the design of rehabilitation centers. The main requirements for the placement of rehabilitation centers for children were formulated on this basis. The main features of the formation of children’s rehabilitation centers and the influence of the urban-ecological environment on them are outlined in our research conclusions.
