Environmental issues of architectur- al formation of modern enterprises for the manufacture of building materials on the basis of inactive coal industrial facilities of Donbass

Annotation: The article discusses the environmental prerequisites that determine the modern requirements for the architectural and planning organization of enterprises for the production of building materials and structures based on the use of territories and residual funds of inactive coal-industrial facilities in Donbass. Information is about the features of their town-planning position, about the environmental assessment of their condition after closure, which makes it possible to model a set of requirements at the preparatory stage of their renovation is given here. The regulatory requirements of documents regulating the design, construction and operation of enterprises in the industry of production of building materials and structures are analyzed in our research. This, in turn, makes it possible to take it into account when developing the principles and methods of the architectural and planning organization of buildings, structures and their complexes of these enterprises. The issues of typology of inactive coal-industry enterprises, the features of their regional-territorial and town-planning distribution in the structure of populated areas are also considered. The main modern environmentally conditioned requirements for the architectural and planning organization of buildings, structures and their complexes of the above-mentioned construction enterprises based on inactive coal-industry facilities are formulated.
