Annotation: The main world trends of development of building materials and products industry in recent years has been considered. They are: the involvement of waste raw materials in the production of building materials, including new types - innovative and composite, the implementation of advanced technologies for their production. Various technological solutions aimed at modifying the electrical surface properties of dispersed components to improve the quality indicators of composite building materials have been considered.
