Analysis of dump trucks of modern vehicles’ designs and determination of directions for the rational choice of their parameters, considers the operating conditions

Annotation: The article is researching the use of flexible shells for lifting devices of automobile dump trucks. The schematic diagram of the hydraulic tipping device of the GAZ-SAZ-2507 category N2 dump truck is considered. An analysis of dump trucks of modern vehicles’ designs are given. The directions for the rational choice of their parameters were determined, taking into account certain operating conditions. In addition, using the example of a GAZ-SAZ-2507 category N2 car, the issue of using flexible shells for lifting devices in transport are studied. A functional diagram of a pneumatic tipping device for a GAZ-SAZ-2507 category N2 dump truck is proposed. The mechanized unloading of modern vehicles of category N2 with dump trucks is considered as a result of lifting (tilting) the platform back or to the sides - GAZ-SAZ-2507. The principle of flexible shells of lifting devices of automobile dump trucks’ operation is considered.
