Annotation: The article is researching the use of pneumatic tires with pressure control. The principle diagram of pneumatic tires with pressure regulation is considered. An analysis of the designs of heavy-duty trailers of modern vehicles and directions for the rational choice of their parameters are determined, considering certain operating conditions. The purpose of heavy truck trailers of modern vehicles is given. The operation’s features of heavy-duty trailers of modern vehicles in Donbass’ conditions are considered. A models’ of heavy-duty trailers of modern vehicles review has completed. The tire pressure regulation system and its prospects for use in the design of heavy-duty trailers of modern vehicles are presened. Methods for regulating tire pressure are given. The technical data of heavy-duty semi-trailers produced in Russia and the Republic of Belarus are considered. The trailer modules of the Chelyabinsk Machine-Building Plant of Automotive Trailers are given: ChMZAP 702010, ChMZAP 703010, ChMZAP 704010, ChMZAP 706010.
