Risk management in the process of implementing investment and construction projects

Annotation: This article discusses modern approaches to risk management when implementing investment and construction projects. An analysis of existing scientific views regarding risk classifications during the implementation of investment and construction projects has been carried out and a classification has been proposed, highlighting project, information and systematic risks. The risk management mechanism for the implementation of investment and construction projects has been improved, which makes it possible to identify points of occurrence and risk factors based on an assessment of current data and risk analysis, and its advantages have been identified. A study of qualitative and quantitative methods for assessing the risks of an investment and construction project was carried out, and their distinctive features were highlighted. It is substantiated that for effective risk management in the process of implementing investment and construction projects, an appropriate legislative framework must be created.
