The latest dynamic architecture of residential buildings under reconstruction conditions (using the example of the Donetsk urban district)
Annotation: This article is about our research of the latest dynamic architecture of residential buildings under reconstruction conditions, using the example of Donetsk urban district. The authors emphasize the high social and economic importance of the development and improvement of residential quarters and districts during the reconstruction process, especially based on regional characteristics. Examples of successful implementation of dynamic architecture in other cities and countries are given here, which allows us to identify best practices to apply them in Donetsk urban district. The main factors influencing this problem are analyzed, taking into account the insufficient theoretical knowledge of this subject. Particular attention is focused on adapting international practice to the conditions of the Donbass region. It also analyzes the chronological sequence of development of dynamic architecture, from the past to the present, in order to assess the prospects and opportunities for innovation in housing renovation in the region. The article is a summarizing research in th architecture of residential buildings and would use by specialists in construction, architecture and urban planning, as well as for decision-making in urban planning and development. In conclusion, development prospects related to the application of the proposed solutions on the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic are considered.
