Development of a computer program for optimizing construction loading operations
Annotation: The article presents a solution to the problem of optimizing loading and unloading operations in warehouse, construction and other areas of application of lifting mechanisms. It will achieve by developing a computer program that allows automating the technological preparation of work. The software solution implements an algorithm for numerical analysis of the working process of the lifting mechanism using the example of an overhead crane, in which mass, geometric, elastic, and kinematic parameters are specified. The created computer program allows studying the combined influence of changing factors, determining patterns and phases of the stress state of the rope when lifting a load with visualization of the result in the form of animation or graphical dependence. The use of the developed program reduces the time for making technical decisions in specific conditions of lifting operations. It will contribute to their safety while ensuring high technical and economic indicators.
