Requirements to changing the structure of material resources in construction for its saving
Annotation: The scale of saving material resources, which should be ensured in construction, requires a range of measures. The first direction of this point is the industrialization of construction, the requirements of which must correspond to changes in the structure of material resources. The process of industrialization in construction in all industrialized countries leads to increasing the costs of creating construction products. On the other hand, A increasing of material costs in the volume of construction and installation works as a consequence of the industrialization of construction does not mean a mechanical increase in the consumption of all materials and structures. But it means a reflection of significant shifts in the industry and material structure of material resources. The growth in the share of material costs and capital intensity of construction will be compensated by the growth of labor productivity.
