New approaches to the formation of architectural space: innovative concepts
Annotation: The article is devoted to the new approaches of the architectural space’s formation, based on spectacular objects of the new generation type with an emphasis on innovative concepts in design. Using Donetsk as an example, the influence of changes in urban development and technological advances on the design and functionality of cultural are analyzed. The principles of multifunctionality, sustainable design and digital technologies are considered, including the use of BIM and interactive elements. An important part is the analysis of international experience in the design of spectacular objects and the adaptation of successful concepts to the conditions of the Donetsk region. Examples of international projects demonstrating effective solutions for creating multifunctional and environmentally sustainable spaces are discussed. The article covers Donetsk's spectacular sites, their architectural features and functional limitations, as well as examples of successful projects with new approaches. Attention is paid to community involvement in design, which takes into account the needs of residents. In conclusion, recommendations are offered for architects and urban planners aimed at developing the architectural environment of the sites. The research emphasizes the importance of introducing innovative concepts to create high-quality public spaces that contribute to the cultural and social development of the city.
