Experience in installation of lifting and transport equipment

Annotation: The main load-lifting means on industrial objects are the bridge electric cranes of the General and special purpose intended, both for performance of technological operations, and for production of auxiliary and repair works. Analysis of the methods of installation of bridge cranes showed that the least time-consuming and the most economical is the installation of tower and boom self-propelled cranes, as it does not require significant additional costs for preparatory work. However, this method is not always acceptable due to insufficient lifting capacity and lifting height of fssembly cranes, lack of necessary entrances, late delivery of bridge cranes and a number of reasons. The use of mounting beams allows to lift half-bridges and trolleys located in the plane of lifting anywhere in the building.
