VAT of ammonialime column taking into account corrosion wear and process of operation
Annotation: The work is devoted to the analysis of the stress-strain state in the LIRA-CAD PC of an ammonia-lime column, taking into account corrosion wear. An in-depth analysis of the design solution of the ammonia limestone column has been carried out, the technological process taking place in this facility has been studied. A design scheme of a continuous ammonia-lime column has been constructed. A calculated combination of efforts (DCS) for the technological process has been compiled according to the updated data. The analysis of the data obtained during the calculation of the idealized scheme and with the introduction of corrosion wear into this scheme according to statistical data is carried out.
