Analysis of the architectural modernization methods of industrial buildings in the world practice

Annotation: The article analyzes the existing foreign experience in the field of industrial building modernization. In the research the reconstruction examples for objects of different types have been considered. The main factors affecting the choice of the direction of modernization of the object have been formulated. The analysis of the existing world experience helps to determine the ways of design solutions for buildings of various space-planning parameters and characteristics of the situation on the city plan.
