Basic aspects of general chart forming of development Donetsk Republic Of People’s territory on 2019-2039 period

Annotation: The article introduces the basic aspects of general scheme formation of Donetsk People’s Republic territory development for period 2019-2039, including the list of measures necessary during the first phase for the collection of basic data, concerning the inventory of cartographic materials, mineral data, analysis of the existing position of territories and housing stock, social and demographic features, questionnaire of the basic city - forming enterprises, existence and state of all types of engineering networks, programs for the development of cities’ territories, information on transboundary areas taking into account the adjacent state interests, etc.
