Annotation: The article deals with the development of the system of additional professional education in the construction, housing and utilities of the Donetsk People’s Republic. The existing types of additional professional education, the mechanism of formation of retraining and advanced training programs have been studied. The history of creation and development of the department of additional professional education of SEIHPE «DONNAÑEA», directions of its activity, structure, and results has been given. The mechanisms of organization of additional professional education of SEIHPE «DONNAÑEA» have been analyzed. The actual directions of training of listeners on programs of additional professional education have been represented.
