Current estimated pricing issues

Annotation: The article deals with the directions of financing capital investments in the conditions of the DPR; identifies the challenges facing the construction industry of the DPR; analyzes problems in determining the estimated cost of construction. Attention is focused on the methodological problems of estimated pricing related to the insufficient reliability of determining labor costs and the amount of wages for construction workers and machine operators; the decrease in the share of wages in the structure of estimated cost; the decrease in the share of winter appreciation, the cost of constructing temporary buildings and structures; the decrease in estimated profit margins; the absence of differentiated correction factors for the norms of the cost of operating time of construction machines and mechanisms and the norms of labor costs of construction workers.
