The formation of design approach in realization of public-private and municipal- private partnership mechanisms in house construction

Annotation: In the article an alternative way of house construction stimulating within the region was studied and supplemented - public-private and municipal-private partnerships. The basic principles of the formation of design approach in realization of public-private and municipal- private partnership mechanisms in house construction were examined. On the basis of such characteristics as reasonability and estimating the use of public-private and municipal-private partnerships mechanisms in housing construction, the criteria for their correlation are highlighted, which compose the fundament of the proposed stages of the design approach in realization of public-private and municipal-private partnership mechanisms in house construction. The efficiency evaluator of optimization of public- private and municipal-private partnerships in house construction, which consist of qualitative assessment of the suggested project and conclusions about the efficiency of partnership relations, are represented.
