Transport characteristics of perishables and delivery rules. eutectic plates and cold accumulators

Annotation: At present, a promising technique of machine-free cooling is the use of cold accumulators and eutectic plates in refrigerated vehicles in local trucking service. Heat of melting of eutectic solutions has been used in storage cooling systems. A methodology for selecting compositions of mixtures of crystalline hydrates based on construction and analysis of equilibrium and non-equilibrium state diagrams to provide crystallization with small supercoolings depending on the concentration of components and thermal history of the liquid phase has been proposed in this paper.
