Bases of organizational culture of technical operation of cars in the conditions of the industry 4 .0

Annotation: The paper considers the organizational culture of automobile transport or its fourth component of operating condition, which reflects the foundations of modern integration of the industry into the mechatronic system of Industry 4.0, where entrepreneurs of small and medium enterprises are called to become the basis for organizing technical operation. A scheme is proposed for integrating the rolling stock of automobile transport into a single information field and organizing business processes for commercial and technical operation systems, where the new economic person is obliged to possess systemic technical competencies, the organizational knowledge of which is designed to be based on the provisions of mechanics and its theory of power flows.
