The efficiency’s of management increasing in investment and construction projects of public-private partnership under risk

Annotation: The article considers the mechanism of interaction between the state and private capital in the implementation of investment and construction projects on the terms of public-private partnership. The aims of such cooperation are: for the state, it is to improve the quality of services provided to the population through the creation of capital construction facilities, and for business, it is a sustainable income generation, reduction of investment risks, and an increase in professional status. The paper substantiates that the consistent implementation of the principles of public-private partnership by state authorities contributes to the creation of conditions for attracting private investors. The paper considers domestic and foreign theoretical and methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of public-private partnership projects in municipal construction. In accordance with this approach, to evaluate the effectiveness, the methods of project analysis were used: the construction of cash flows and the calculation of a system of project performance indicators. The need for the formation of a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of investment and construction projects of public-private partnership in order to find new effective solutions for the implementation of projects is substantiated.
