The efficiency of the implementation of the investment policy’s increasing in social housing construction area

Annotation: This article discusses modern approaches to the implementation of investment policy in the construction of social housing. The mechanism for managing social housing construction has been improved in terms of developing new forms of construction financing and interaction between executive bodies of state power and private investors to ensure investment in this area. The advantages and disadvantages of introducing the proposed mechanism for private and public partners are identified. It is substantiated that for the effective implementation of investment policy in the field of social housing construction, an appropriate legislative framework should be created.
