Annotation: In this article it is noted that the catastrophes, which were happened in the middle of the last century, were the cause of creation of new materials, technologies and basic normative documents to prevent new technogenic catastrophes. The industrial constructions operated in XXI century were constructed 40-50 years ago. They are needed periodic inspections by skilled experts.
