Building construction condition of reinforced concrete tower type drop hammer of cage shaft 4 of V.I. Lenin mine (Makeyevka) after long term usage

Annotation: The results of a technical survey of building structures of tower coper № 4 of the Sh. V.I. Lenin in Makeevka. The analysis of constructive solutions of the structure, as well as the conditions of its operation for the last 59 years and the planned regime as part of a water drainage complex with submersible pumps, has been performed. The most dangerous defects and damages of the main load-bearing structures are described, as well as the main reasons for their appearance. The results of determining the strength of concrete in structures, as well as general conclusions from the survey results are presented.
