Annotation: For several years, within the framework of the main theme of fundamental research «Optimization of the urban development environment of the Republic of Crimea» of the Department of Urban Development of the Academy of Construction and Architecture of the Federal State Autonomous Education Institution of Higher Education «V.I. Vernadsky Crimean Federal University» the work is underway on studying the problem of preserving the urban planning heritage of the Crimea. Reconstruction and restoration of town-planning complexes and architectural objects, with the aim of preserving and reviving the original appearance of the peninsula, is a priority direction of town-planning activity in the Crimea.
