Prospects for the development of housing and utilities sector of the donetsk people's republic in conditions of instability

Annotation: The article discusses the theoretical and applied aspects of the socio-economic essence of housing and utilities sector, the main problems of reforming the industry. Crisis processes occurring in the industry, the effectiveness of the implemented state policy in the field of housing and utilities sector have been analyzed. The necessity of reforming the industry is substantiated, taking into account the experience of other unrecognized or partially recognized state entities. The directions of improving the tariff policy in the housing and utilities sector are determined. A comprehensive scheme of strategic management of the industry is proposed.
