Training tools for highly qualified young working staff in the sphere of construction
Abstract: The instrumental component of the facilitating mechanism for labor-market, which supports it with a highly qualified engineering and working staff in the sphere of construction, is represented in the article. The authors propose their own interpretation of the next concepts, “achievement-oriented graduate”, “competitive company” and the conceptual spatial-hierarchical configuration of its regulation in the case of instrumental component, which provides the training of highly qualified young working staff in the sphere of construction.Keywords: dual model, worldskills DPR, social project, corporate training centers, career guidance, expert council on career guidance, monitoring of graduate employment, employment coordinator, career potential, labor market in construction.
