Theoretical and applied aspects of property survey

Annotation: The paper discusses the theoretical and applied aspects of the survey of property. The characteristics of this concept and its relationship with the concept of independent expert review are considered. The paper presents a system of types of expert reviews of property. The technical, environmental, managerial, economic, legal, and location expert reviews are highlighted. Their characteristics are given in terms of purpose, tasks, object, subject, measure and result. The principles for making expert examination are presented.
