Annotation: The paper focuses on the study of the available technologies in the field of construction company management including all the stages of its life cycle in chain order «Investor-Developer- Customer-General Contractor». The study of business process management in conjunction with the system for introducing IT technologies in the construction business is of scientific interest with reference to either strong specialization, the variety of technological and production subsystems or in theoretical terms. In this regard, corporate governance technology is introduced through the implementation of SAP software (System Analysis and Program Development) at construction enterprises, including ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning = enterprise resource planning) systems. The transition to fundamentally different forms of control technology based on software of the ERP system class, in the industry-specific technological chain, imposes requirements on the universality of specialized functional operational interconnected modules in support of the extensibility of production business processes. The introduction of the flexible SAP ERP tool will allow both to implement comprehensive solutions for the development of common operating modules and production standards and to optimize business processes, which in turn will lead to a significant increase in profits. Close integration of information is to provide automation of end-to-end management technology, high-quality pre-design training of remote units and employees, selection of optimal solutions for managing all resources, both from a technological and financial perspective.

Keywords: technological chain, life cycle, internal transactions, management technology, functional operational modules, business processes, software.
